Wedding Hair and Makeup Contract

This agreement is made on {date} between {Hair and Makeup Stylist}, hereafter "Stylist," and {Party}, hereafter "Party," regarding the contract of hair and makeup for {bride/bridal party/wedding party/etc.}:

The Stylist agrees to serve {number} members of the wedding party at {time} on {date}. {Number} stylists will be available for the party.

The Party will be getting the following services:

• Hair: {number of people}, {price}


• Manicure: {number of people}, {price}


• Pedicure: {number of people}, {price}


• Makeup: {number of people}, {price}

A "rehearsal" run is available on {date} for {amount}.

Requested accessories and styles: {accessories and styles}

Please arrive with {wet/dry} hair, {washed/unwashed}.

In-house: The Stylist will wait {number} minutes after the agreed-upon time. After that time, the Party will be charged {amount} late fees until {time}, at which point the Party or individual members will be declared a no-show.

Off-site: The Stylist will travel within {radius} for {charge} plus mileage. The Stylist will be available at {venue} on {date} from {time} to {time} and will be available for touchups at {times/places}. The Stylist will bring {equipment}. The Party must supply {equipment}.

The Party {will/will not} feed the Stylist.

A deposit of {amount} is due at the signing of this contract. The remaining amount is due upon receipt of service. Cancellations before {date} will result in a refund minus {amount}. No refunds {number} days before the wedding.
