Wedding Flowers Contract
This agreement is made on {date} between {Florist}, hereafter "Florist," and {Couple}, hereafter "Couple," regarding the requisition of flowers for {date} at {ceremony venue} and {reception venue}:
Both parties agree to the following arrangements at the following prices. Alternate blooms are provided in the event that unforeseen circumstances occur:
Ceremony
Should alternates be required for any of the aforementioned arrangements, {flower types} should NOT be used.
The Florist will deliver the flowers to {location} at {time} on {date}. The {Couple/Florist} will be responsible for installing the arrangements at the ceremony location. The {Couple/Florist} will be responsible for taking down the arrangements no later than {time} on {date}.
Reception
Should alternates be required for any of the aforementioned arrangements, {flower types} should NOT be used.
The Florist will deliver the flowers to {location} at {time} on {date}. The {Couple/Florist} will be responsible for installing the arrangements at the reception location. The {Couple/Florist} will be responsible for taking down the arrangements no later than {time} on {date}.
The Couple may request changes to these arrangements no later than {date}. After that time, all requests will be denied.
The Couple is responsible for protecting the flowers once they are delivered. Wind, rain, and other elements can cause damage to the arrangements.
A deposit of {amount} is due at the signing of this contract. The remaining amount is due {number} days before the wedding. Cancellations before {date} will result in a refund minus {amount}. No refunds {number} days before the wedding.
