Waiver of Subrogation
_____________________________ (hereafter "Party 1") and _______________________ (hereafter "Party 2") hereby agree to the following:
Party 1 and Party 2 hereby release each other from all further remedies and explicitly waive the rights of subrogation, indemnity, exoneration, reimbursement, and contribution. Neither party shall file damage claims against the other for any loss or damage to property arising from incidents as covered by their respective insurance policies.
Both parties agree to extend the waiver of the right of subrogation to include their insurance companies.
This agreement shall not be modified based on the insurance carrier, deductible, or policy type.
In witness to their agreement to the terms of this contract, the parties affix their signatures below:
