Prom Contract

_______________________ (hereafter “Student”), hereby agrees to the following rules regarding the prom taking place on ________________ at _________________ High School (hereafter “School”):

• Prom will be held in {location} from {time} to {time}. No admission will be granted after {time}. Re-entry {is/is not} permitted.
• Prom is open to all junior and senior students. Students who choose to bring a guest who is not a junior or senior student at the School will need to clear it with {contact info} no later than {date}. Guests must be at least {age} and no older than {age}.
• Students may each bring one guest if they so choose. Tickets are {amount} and may be purchased in advance at {contact info}. Students who {owe money to the School/have been suspended or expelled/have detention/etc.} may be refused a ticket sale.
• The School does not permit drugs, cigarettes, vaping or alcohol on the premises. Students who are caught with alcohol or drugs or who are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the prom and will have both the police and their guardians notified.
• A coat check {is/is not} provided. The School is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged possessions.

• When dancing with each other, all students must obey the following rules: {distance, touching, grinding rules}.

Failure to obey the aforementioned rules will result in a verbal warning after {number of infractions}. After the {number} infraction, the Student will be removed from the prom. Refunds will not be available.
