PRINT RELEASE

This agreement is hereby made between __________________________ (hereafter “the Photographer”) and _________________________ (hereafter “The Client”):

• The Photographer agrees to provide photo editing {as part of the session package/for an additional fee}.
• The Photographer agrees to provide {number} of {size(s)} prints {as part of the session package/for an additional fee}.
• The Photographer agrees to provide the photos {in an album/on a website/as an email attachment/on a flash drive}.
• The Photographer will provide digital copies of all photos in {format} format.
• The Client {does/does not} have permission to make copies of the photos for personal use.
• The Client {does/does not} have permission to make copies of the photos for professional use.
• The Client {does/does not} have permission to post the photos on personal websites or social media platforms (the Photographer {does/does not} need to be credited).
• The Client {does/does not} have permission to post the photos on outside websites or social media platforms for the express purpose of reviewing the Photographer.
• The Client {does/does not} have permission to post photos on outside websites or social media (the Photographer {does/does not} need to be credited).
• The Client {does/does not} have permission to make edits to the photo before posting, copying, or sharing.
