The Mediator will NOT function as therapist, advocate, or judge. The Mediator will function as a neutral facilitator between the two parties to expedite an equal and satisfactory compromise.
The Mediator will use the {style} style in facilitating discussion. The Mediator will not offer outcomes, legal advice, or overt decisions. He/she will instead provide all relevant information and guide discussion according to his/her training and education.
Both parties agree to total disclosure of all information pertinent to {Circumstances}.
