Agreement Not to Contest Will

This agreement is made on {date} between all of the beneficiaries of {Name}'s Last Will and Testament: {Names}

We, the beneficiaries, hereby agree not to contest the Will of {Name} on the event of {his/her} death, excepting any legal cause brought on by the Trustee knowingly and willfully violating any written directive.

Should disputes over bequeathals arise, we agree to use {Moderator} and to accept {his/her} judgment.

Any beneficiary who attempts to contest the Will shall have all of his/her bequeathals revoked and divided equally among the remaining beneficiaries.
