Affiliate Marketing Commission Agreement

_______________________ (hereafter “Company”) and _______________________ (hereafter “Affiliate”) hereby agree to the following:

This purpose of this Agreement is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship between Company and Affiliate.

Beginning {date}, and ending {date or at some agreed-upon point}, the Affiliate will have the ability to promote {product or service}, (hereafter “the Product”), a {type of product or service}.

Affiliate will receive a custom link that can be embedded in social media posts, on websites, in email marketing communications, and via other venues. For each sale that is tracked via this link, Affiliate will receive {amount} based on commission structure of {structure}, provided that:

• The Affiliate may not market or promote the Product via the following methods: {forbidden methods}
• The Affiliate will hold confidential any private information, trade secrets, or customer data of Company.

The Affiliate will be paid via {method} in {time increments or when a certain threshold is reached}.

The Affiliate program is subject to change, and terms will be conveyed to Affiliate via {email, in-app notification, etc.}
