Pre-Marital Agreement

Agreement, entered into as of this {day} day of {month}, {year}, between {Spouse 1} (hereinafter referred to as "Spouse 1") and {Spouse 2} (hereinafter referred to as "Spouse 2").

WHEREAS, both Spouse 1 and Spouse 2 desire to (a) enter into matrimony on {date} and (b) establish their respective rights and responsibilities with regards to assets, income, and property acquired both before and after the union, the two parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Property, Income, and Assets: With regard to their mutual and individual property, income, inheritance, and assets, the following will apply:
1. Spouse 1 will keep the following property and assets separately from Spouse 2, including all associated income, debt, and liens: {Property and assets}.
2. Spouse 2 will keep the following property and assets separately from Spouse 1, including all associated income, debt, and liens: {Property and assets}.
3. Spouses 1 and 2 will share the following property and assets, to be divided equally in the case of separation or divorce: {Property and assets}.
2. Credit, Charges, and Debt: With regard to their mutual and individual credit, debts, charges, and liens, the following will apply:
1. Spouse 1 will keep the following credit and debt separately from Spouse 2, including all associated interest and fees: {Credit and debt}.
2. Spouse 2 will keep the following credit and debt separately from Spouse 1, including all associated interest and fees: {Credit and debt}.
