This agreement is hereby made between {Licensor} and {Licensee} regarding the reprint of musical lyrics:
In that the Licensor has the full and legal rights over {Song}, and that the Licensee is seeking non-exclusive rights for reprint, the Licensee is hereby granted permission to reuse the following music/lyrics:
{All the lyrics that are to be used} from {Song Title}, {Album}, {Musician}, {Date}, {Producer}.
The Licensee agrees to use the lyrics solely within the following written work: {Title}, {Author}, {Projected Publishing Date}, {Publisher}. The Licensee may not use the lyrics as the title of the work or for any advertising or promotional purposes of the written work.
The permission for reuse is for {number} printed copies of the written work. Should subsequent reprinting be desired, this contract shall be amended by both parties, in writing.
In exchange for these services, the Licensee will pay {amount, royalties, etc.}. If the Licensee engages in use of the copyrighted materials outside of the conditions set down in this agreement, {he/she} shall be subject to {penalties}.
