Investment Club Partnership Contract

This contract serves as a binding agreement among all Partners concerning an investment club, the purpose of which is to invest assets in stocks using sound financial reasoning. The investment club shall be called {Name} and will officially begin on {Date}, to be renewed every year on {Date}.

Investment

A minimum investment of ${amount} will be required to join, although the amount may not exceed {amount}% of the total capital of all Partners. Further investments may be made on a {weekly, monthly, etc.} basis. Partners shall receive returns or lose profits based on the percentage of their investment in relation to the rest of the club. Shares are non-transferrable unless approved by a majority vote from the Partnership.

Meetings

Meetings shall be held on a {monthly, quarterly, etc.} basis at {time} and {place}. During that time, Partners may view the accounts, vote on a bank or depository for funds, make decisions about withdrawals, and allocate a broker or bookkeeper. Decisions to admit or terminate a partner, request an audit, make changes to the contract or transfer funds will require a {percentage} vote to pass.

While the majority vote will determine the outcome of proposals and disagreements, a Partnership Chairman will have the power to veto or mediate divisive measures, and will serve as presiding officer.
