The Photographer will be the exclusive photographer for the photoshoot starting at {location} on {date} at {time}. The session will last {amount of time}, and the Photographer's fee will be {fee}. The {Client/Photographer} will pay for any travel, parking, and location fees. The Photographer will provide {his/her} own equipment.

The Photographer recommends wearing neutral tones and complementary outfits.

All photos are fully copyrighted. The possession of all photos taken belongs to the Photographer until he/she receives full payment. The Photographer retains copyright regardless of sale. The scanning, resale, distribution, or online sharing of any photographs without the Photographer's written permission is illegal, and all violators will be prosecuted. The Photographer may use portrait images from the event for advertising, website design, logos, contests, and other artistic or business purposes.
